Problem
When attempting to install IBM SPSS Statistics Base Integrated Student Edition you have encountered one or more of the following errors:
- The installation quits with an "Error 1335" message
- The flash drive is blank
- Your computer reports that the flash drive is corrupt and/or unreadable.

We can send you a downloadable replacement of SPSS. Please contact technical support either by submitting a new incident or send an email to textbooktechsupport@sagepub.com with the following information:
- A copy of the university bookstore receipt
- An image / picture of the flash drive
- SPSS version
- A screenshot of any error messages (if applicable)
We are unable to provide replacement a version of SPSS without the proof of purchase information requested above. |
