Problem
I’m getting an error when I try to access an Instructor or Student Site. 

Error: The email address entered was not found. Please try again or create a new account with that email address.

What do I do?

If you have an account with Sage, please contact Technical Support https://study.sagepub.com/techsupport/contact or submit a new incident using our Tech Support Form.
